Being Alive from Stephen Sondheim's musical Company, available in two keys: A Major and A-flat Major. Aside from the key, the versions are identical.
You'll need some key players (lead trumpet, saxes, etc.) with commercial chops, and you'll need players to cover rhythm section parts - bass player and drum set are vital, but you can get away without piano/keyboard if you don't have those.
